. Implement daily production schedule with coordination of production planning & control dept.
. Monitor production processes manpower, material and equipments / machines usage.

. Ensuring the best quality production is followed.
. Daily floor visit of Fabric cutting machines, band building machine, bead forming machines. Also the bias green tyre building department (including Tractor, Truck and Passenger tyre building).
. Workers Double Nine (Incentive System) monitoring and corrections.
. Monitoring the daily scrap from the department and root cause analysis to find the source of the scrap and taking measures to minimize it.
. Daily monitoring of the rework of the material.. Posting and transferring of the material from the department to other concerned departments.
. Monitor Electrical, Mechanical and Civil work in assigned area. Ensuring that maintenance works are done on schedule, and maintenance notifications are updated on time on SAP system.
. Supervision of audits of the production department.
. Evaluate production process and make changes to make it more convenient in favor of both productivity and quality improvement.
. Make improvement in material handling and auxiliary equipment through coordination with plant Engineering and Industrial Engineering departments and implement necessary changes.. Making Shift schedules for the tyre building department.
. Develop documents for manufacturing and maintenance activities.
. Monitor regular calibration of all gauges and measuring instruments in his area.
. Ensure the workers are familiar with their responsibilities by reviewing with them their job description and standard practices on regular basis.
. Follow all tracks related to Plant Safety.
1. Visit the injection molding floor on daily basis and check production status, attendance & to ensure good Housekeeping.
2. Daily record of production, rejection & breakdown.
3. Carry out production planning for all 3 shifts/day.
4. Issuance of Raw material from PPC as per the Production plan.
5. Issuance of MRN and Daily material rejection report and submission to concerned departments.
6. Ensuring the line balancing of all the production related departments and packing departments as per plan.
7. Generation of operators Monthly Production sheet and submission to admin department for incentive purposes.
8. Raise and follow up work orders to concerned shops for corrective maintenance. and to ensure least downtime.
9. Execution of planned preventive maintenance.
10. Generation of scrap records of all materials and submission to the admin department.
11. Raising of purchase demands regarding machine equipments, tools, stationary items etc.
12. Implementation of OEE Overall equipment effectiveness on the injection molding floor.
13. Learning of the CLF Injection molding machine and getting familiar with the parts produced and the assembly and packaging of products.
14. Manpower handling to ensure that all production plans are met and no machines stands idle.
15. Performing audits by finance department of the injection molding floor.
16. Promoting safety culture and implementation of 5S on floor.
17. Ensure good quality parts are manufactured at all machines.
. Making Daily Production and Rejection sheets.
